Welcome to our new class for over 60's and friends
The Rhythms Club at Mursell Community Hall, Stockwell
The Rhythms Club is back at a great new venue with a regular rhythm of every Wednesday afternoon - this class is for people near or over 60 and for friends of any age who would like to join us.
We move to great music, there are no steps to follow. We use the 5Rhythms as a simple movement & rhythm practice to release the dancer that lives in each of us regardless of our age or physical ability. No prior experience needed as there is no one way to dance these rhythms - there is only your way.
We are reaching out to older people who have not yet discovered the practice as well as our experienced tribe of dancers of all ages - every body is welcome
At the Rhythms Club we
Move mindfully, have no fitness requirements, encourage self expression, hang out in the groove, celebrate diversity, challenge stereotypes, believe that any body can dance, have no expectations.
